This session reminds educators they have much to give and everything to gain by engaging deeply in relationship with their students. The session includes practical ideas for daily motivation sets and engaging formative assessments. Woven throughout are moving stories and practical examples to remind the hearts of educators the importance and impact of their calling.

(One one-hour session or three forty-five-minute sessions)
Develop Your Life Plan to HOPE, GROW and FLOURISH this year so you can inspire those you lead, to do the same! You can only lead others as far as you have gone and grown yourself. Part of your leadership role is to lead yourself and live with integrity in every area of your life. As you continue to develop a growth mindset, rooted in the hope of the Gospel, you will be ready to lead others to health and flourishing through your leadership.
