“This is the message we have heard from him and declare to you: God is light; in him there is no darkness at all.”

Prayer

Father,

To gaze upon Your infinite beauty is to be overwhelmed by glorious light. Your very essence is defined by radiant beams. Your goodness illuminates the steps You call me to walk in. There are no secrets about Your character; nothing is hidden. You have shown and exposed Your unending goodness to me through the God-man on the tree. You offer Yourself to me fully and declare affectionately and fiercely that I am Yours and You are mine. It is in this light that I walk and live and move today.
